“I give [the sum of $__] OR [__% of my estate] OR [all or __% of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate] to the Conquer Cancer Foundation of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, a Virginia nonstock corporation located at 2318 Mill Road, Suite 800, Alexandria, Virginia, 22314 (Federal Tax ID: 31-1667995), to be used for its general purposes.” ■
