20 Oncology Practices Achieve ASCO’s QOPI® Certification in Second Quarter of 2019

TWENTY PRACTICES in three countries elevated their standard of care and achieved Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) Certification in the second quarter of this year. ASCO commends these practices that have demonstrated their commitment to providing the highest-quality oncology care to their patients, communities, and contemporaries.

For the second quarter of 2019, the following practices achieved QOPI Certification or Re-Certification, which is valid for a 3-year period:

  • Marshfield Clinic Health System: Marshfield, Wisconsin
  • Nebraska Cancer Specialists: Omaha, Nebraska
  • ProMedica Hematology Oncology Associates: Sylvania, Ohio
  • Randolph Health Cancer Center: Asheboro, North Carolina

QOPI is a voluntary self-assessment program that helps oncology practices assess and improve the quality of the care they provide to patients. More than 750 oncology practices have registered for QOPI, and more than 300 practices worldwide have current QOPI Certification.
